October - Letting Go
Before we can fully step into something new, there is often something we need to release.
Once we set a goal or decide to make a change in our lives, we may discover that the hardest part isn’t knowing what we want. It’s letting go of what no longer belongs in the life we’re creating.
Letting go can take many forms.
It might mean releasing an old expectation of ourselves. A role we have outgrown. A disappointment we have carried for too long. A habit, belief, relationship pattern, or even an object that no longer serves us.
And sometimes letting go is wonderfully ordinary. Even reorganizing a cluttered drawer requires deciding what stays and what goes.
But emotional letting go can be much more complicated.
SoulCollage® gives us a gentle, creative way to explore this process. Rather than forcing ourselves to “move on,” we can slow down and become curious about what we’re holding—and why.
Through images and intuition, our cards can help us see what we may be ready to release, what we want to carry forward, and what space might become available when we loosen our grip.
This month, we’ll gather to create SoulCollage® cards and explore the theme of Letting Go.
What are you ready to release?
What might become possible if you did?
And what deserves to remain?
You don’t need artistic ability to participate. Images and supplies are provided. Simply bring your curiosity and intuition.
Sometimes letting go isn’t about losing something.
Sometimes it’s about making room.
The 3 hour monthly Solan will cost $25 per session or purchase all four months for $80.
Bring a friend who is new to SoulCollage® and their first session is FREE (send me their email and I will register them separately).
